The staff were friendly and helpful. The bedroom got cleaned every day. That was a nice touch. I appreciated the secure parking lot behind the building (a definite plus).
The walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. My room had a door to a balcony that was not locked. The air conditioning was not working, and there was only a small fan.

the staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. the triple room suited my requirements well. i felt safe due to the well lit main road location even late at night. the proximity to dlr stations provided easy access to different locations.
the room was quite small making it a bit difficult to fully open suitcases.

the staff was quite friendly and helpful. i also appreciated the cleanliness of both my room and the public areas. the provided parking was both secure and convenient. the included breakfast was a definite bonus.
the room i stayed in had two doors leading to a shared balcony, and neither of these doors could be locked. as a solo traveler, i felt somewhat insecure due to this issue.
